At kosmos.coop, a project of Opengea SCCL, your privacy is a priority. This policy explains how we process the personal data you provide us, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and the guarantee of digital rights.

2. What data do we collect?
Through the pilot registration form on this website we collect only the data you provide us:
- Organisation name and type
- Contact person, position/role, email and phone
- Field of activity, territory and approximate size
- Your reasons for taking part and availability for testing
- The consents you give (data processing and, optionally, project news)
3. For what purpose?
- To manage your participation in the kosmos.coop pilot and contact you about the next steps.
- If you consent to it, to send you news and updates about the project.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for the processing is your express consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given when you submit the form and tick the corresponding box. You may withdraw it at any time.
5. How long do we keep your data?
We keep your data for as long as the pilot is active, or until you ask us to delete it or withdraw your consent. After that, your data is deleted or blocked in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
6. Who do we share your data with?
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. We only rely on the technology providers strictly necessary to operate the service (web hosting and email, provided by Intergrid / Opengea SCCL), under a data processing agreement. We do not carry out international data transfers outside the European Economic Area.
7. What are your rights?
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of your data, as well as to data portability and to withdraw your consent. To exercise them, write to oficina@opengea.org stating the right you wish to exercise. We will reply within 30 days.
You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
8. Security measures
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data (encrypted HTTPS connection, restricted access to the information).
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to adapt it to legal changes or new features. Any changes will be published on this page.
